All I need is the Celeste bar tape,the saddle and the wheels and my Bianchi will look identical (bar the size difference) Obviously that ride has Campy on it, so would need to upgrade to that too.

L is 80% recovered.

R is still wrapped up.

All swelling is down.

 

I am a lefty - so that is cool!

 

Knee and elbow is well on it's way - good thing I had a knee warmer on during the crash!

R wrist is now in a brace for firmer support.

Slight improvement since yesterday.

Also using Transact strips.

 

4 days in - possible X-rays necessary. Hmph!

Will re-assess tomorrow.
