DQ for any big blade moves.

Estimated training for me between 2-3 hrs a few times @ 25 km/h avg for the next few weeks.

Next ride is Thu morning from 7:00 and r0adrunnersa is joining.

The lightweight Bottecchia was broken in half when I went over the edge in SBR I have just gottn Burry's 2011 S-Works SL3 from him. Which is pretty light anyway

Most are on their MTBs hitting the off-road.

So, I call a training ride here on this thread whenever possible, mostly randomly.

Starting on some weekdays and one weekend day at sunrise (06:30 onwards), weather permitting.
