Great ride today, Guys!

115 kms at avg 26.3 kph with the Cape Doctor in the office.

Met powerhouse Ferdi from Stellenbosch, MariusL's chommie.

Faniefiets unfortunately suffered from a mechanical problem and turned back just beyond Kuilsrivier.

SirK had a great test of endurance as well.

MariusL looked sharp with his new white Sidi's.

I showed up well after recovering from flu earlier in the week.

You forgot to mention MariusL wanting to attack whenever anybody had 'technical issues'. LOL

I refuse to afford him any media exposure due to his questionable tactics...

And to think one of his several attacks was using a passing truck for drafting going up that lil' hill at Stodels.

Absolutely outrageous!

:P

The slow-mo footage clearly shows that you glanced at my dropped chain and then attacked...

No worries, I'll still ride with you in future. Like your style.

hahahahahahaha..... he's OK but that Ferdi! I think next time we must emphasize the 'coffee and bite to eat' as a bite to eat - not a meal (and then expect to attack Marius 'Contador' over Helshoogte)!

I agree SirK - having a massive omelette a few minutes before doing Helshoogte is not a good idea... or maybe it is, then i have reason to attack you :P

Next time, a croissant & coffee at the Engen One Stop will be the best move, dudes.

That will eliminate any potential tactical gains by Ferdie and MariusL.

Went out today for 95 km @ 25 km/h. South Easter made me work beeg time!

Kraaifontein > Kromme Rhee > Klapmuts > R44 > Voorpaardeberg > Klipheuwel

It's not fair that you time to do this mileage during the week. Can't I come work for you?
