Would have been great, but I am off to take on Ou Kaapse, Blackhill, Smits, Red Hill, Blackhill, Chappies, Suikerbossie, Back over Chappies and then the return over Ou Kaapse Weg TOMORROW morning... Think I might need to rest out the legs on Sunday.... All the Hill Training for the Alpine challenge

Thanks K. Just wanna get more and more hills into the legs. Doesnt need to be break neck speed for now, just want to work on the leg strength and have just about cut out the Coffin Nails, so want to see if the lungs work a bit better

AB and SirK, enjoy your ride. I'm a bit envious, but a promise is a promise. Will join you again, soon.

I guess your promise to attend church on Sundays... ^_^

Amongst others <_< . Got family visiting end of March. Promised to stay off the bikes untill they've left early April. But nothing prevents me to work on them. Busy getting Mtb ready for winter. CAN'T WAIT. BRING IT ON.

May I join you on Monday morning gents?? Should be able to maintain your 27km/h average now.... Had a TOUGH ride in this heat today, so hot I decided to leave out OKW. Did Chappies 3 times, Suikerbossie twice, Blackhill, Redhill and Smits.... 92km all in all in 3:10 and I felt HORRIBLE the entire time. Legs were like lead, just didn't want to move, Hope that it was because I spent 4 days out the saddle and nothing more serious.
