I just asked the doc chick: she asks if you pregnant

ROFL....

any jitteryness, dizzyness? tongue feels 'thick'? she recommends having BP check, blood sugar check. and u can do it at the pharmacy ;) so u not going to the doctor... but lack of sleep and sustained stress can do this to you too: irritability, moodiness etc.

And ideally go first thing in the morning to be tested on a 'fasting' basis - i.e nil to eat or drink after 22:00 the previous evening.

I have the exact opposite symtoms, viz that when I take in to much sugar I get headaches. The doctor tells me that my sugar levels are too high- not yet a diabetic, but close. Maybe yours is the opposite then, viz sugar levels too low. But go and see a doctor.

Can' see why you do not want to go see a doctor... This is the kind of stuff they studied for. Now instead of going to somebody who knows his/her subject, you want to go see a nurse/pharmacist at the pharmacy...? Sounds like the same advise as to go buy a bicycle for racing at the local PnP

Sugar cravings can be caused by protein deficiency. I am a vegetarian and watch this closely. A recovery drink with a good quantity of protein helps me.

And the winner is HappyMartin. Need to get more protein in my diet. Apparently I am to thin and to lean as well.
