Its the fear of being shouted at by the aggro people that has made me stay away from bike rides.

 

I'm not fast-or even very stable- on my bike, but I also enjoy cycling. Having to put up with the stress of being verbally abused and embarassed in public (at an event that I've paid to attend) is not for me.

 

You can keep the races, thank you.

Ek hoor wat julle almal s? maar daar is rerig mense wat nie verstaan of wat te dom is om te verstaan bly links en gaan regs verby, dit is die reel van die pad. Ek het self Saterdag gery en daar is rerig mense wat dit nie verstaan nie. Ek het 3mnde terug begin ry en ek let daarop as ek ry en regs is dat ek gereeld oor my skouer kyk en seker maak daar is nie iemand agter my nie. Ek dink dit was in elk geval baie swak beplan deur die beamptes om die kinders op n singletrack met die amder route te laat aansluit. Ek wil my dogterjie ook begin saam laat ry as ons ry maar glo my ek sal jou inry en dan daan jy kXk as ek jou kry. Ek wil net s? bly links gan regs verby. O ja ons kan maar soveel praat as wat ons wil dit gaan nie help nie want die probleem l? nie hier nie. Dit is die ouens wat mense aan die begin help wat aan gevat moet word, daars vir my geleer bly links en gaan regs verby. So ek gaan dit vir my dogterjie leer. Wil net s? ek kan nie glo ek vir 14j van n fiets af was en nooit ooit gedink het aan bergfietsry nie dit is uit die boeke.
