What bike is he riding??


It's a Raleigh. The rest of the peloton proberbly laughed their socks off.

Why would they laugh? Although only in name, Raliegh is one of only a very select group of brands that won the tdf.

LOLja they would probably "trap" the crank through the BB. haha. Winning is not sprinting - you have to be gentle with these - high cadance Wink

the TDF pro hardly use an off the shelf bike, and their frames are actually heavier for sprinters with beefed up BB's etc, and slightly different head tubes to make them lower and stiffer.

 

Ok so rally aren't perceived as a top Marque, but they are getting better all the time. I hope they shrug off the perception soon. I think it's great how far their sponsorship goes when not many other brands are giving away bikes.
