When you say the name Raleigh here they guys get all misty eyed and think of the glory days of Peter Post's TI-Raleigh team. Tour legends like Joop Zoetemelk and others like Jan Raas and Gerrie Kneteman won big races on the CAMPAGNOLA(!) equiped Raleighs. Unfortunately Raleigh no longer sells top end bikes in most countries (excluding SA and Ireland), so the brand is more remembered for its past glories. ...just had a phonecall from my LBS. They managed to find the weird headset bearings for my Raleigh. Very happy! Not standard stock here...
