Hi

I had the same issue. Apparently there is a glitch with their system. After e-mailing them they sent me a response with the correct parcel force trackinfg info. The Items were processed on the 30th and I am expecting my delivery in JHB on Friday

Nope - ordered mine on Thuesday and today it is in the country (still on the wrong side of customs but at least in RSA).

I heard there was some strikes and the heavy snow also did not help much.........

Darn! I have an order from the 19 Dec 09 (with Royal Mail) and one from the 26th (ParcelForce), and I haven't heard any news on the Royal Mail one (no tracking number doesn't help), and the ParcelForce order just says "Left Origin Country"... still since yesterday.

Did you use UPS Pappa Bear?

Happened to me when i palced my 1st order with them. Mine showed processing for 4 weeks. What prob happened is that the item you ordered is out of stock even though it was on the system. They then hold your order back till new stock arrives or till you complain. They will politely ask a apology for not getting back to you and will ask you if you want to replace the item

Also happened to my order from the 27th, it was shipped on Tuesday and left the UK last night according to the Parcelforce website.

Flip there are clearly a lot of us Souf Efrikkens ordering from there!!! Wish it was my business!

It sometimes takes a while, but if there is system problems, then I suggest you e-mail them.  What really helps, if you order frequently, is to befriend someone there, they will help you chop-chop Clap

Yip went for UPS.... costed only R50 more but it was defintly worth it.

...haha! I thought so! R50 more is totally worth getting your stuff a week or 2 faster. Lesson learnt, thanks Wink
