For me If there not a pool of sweat around me after a good rollers workout ......then I didn't ride hard enoughWink
I agree 101%, if there's no sweat then you've wasted your time... Might as well just lie on the couch and watch BBC Food...

I like it when I sweat, I feel really worked and gutted afterwards. When I walk up the stairs my legs feel like jelly... I also like having a FIZZER or two afterwards, it has lotsa glucose!!! Big%20smile Some prefer chocolate milk Dead... that's just fat to me Big%20smile

Every 2nd night... but between you and me, it helps zip, I still suck at climbing. Apparently it has something to do with the spare tube I carry around my waist but I'm convinced it's genetic Wink
