NotSoBigBen Posted June 20, 2006 Share Hey guys and girls, I see my name popping up every now and then so here goes! I will not be able to do much riding this weekend as most know I did the Vets 4 day tour over the last weekend. My dear wife seconded and massaged and washed kit and followed riders and made carbo loading food / drinks etc etc etc.I have promised that this weekend it's her weekend and I will do whatever she wants. She has pretty much planned it in advance so no riding other than perhaps an early MTB Sat and Road Sun for max 2 hours.However I would suggest that ewep's idea of meeting at Meyersdal, down Swartkoppies, Lido circuit, out to Kareekloof is good! From there I would go through the Suikerbosrand nature reserve (it's a tough climb but manageable!) and go straight out the other side. Go left at the bottom of the last descent, out the gate and then left at the T-Junction. If you follow that road straight it takes you back onto the Lido circuit. I also don't want to go too far on Sunday (its not in my training programme). Maybe 2-3 hours or so.I also think we should start a new thread.
