About a month and a half ago I took my Campag Nucleon rear wheel to my LBS to have a new body and axle fitted.

I heard yesterday from one of the guys at the store that they are still waiting for the agents to get the part from overseas.

Now my question is why is there such a thing as an agent? If they don't carry spares for their products.

A while ago everybody was so up in arms over me importing and not buying from the agents in SA, but now that I need spares they can't help me?

What's up with that?

JJ still lists Campagnolo on their website, but the Campagnolo website doesn't list an agent for South Africa at all, so maybe there is some truth to this rumour.

I don't know who is the agents, but the bike shop told me that the agents had to order the parts. This is why I am so upset. If they are the agents, they should carry these things, right? And I know my delivery times are longer than normal, but for an agent to take 1.5 months, come on! Then my 3weeks is actually rather fast, I'd say?

Call J&J cause they are the agents. Their no is 012 807 6750 and speak to Zyberie. She will be able to tell you whether they have stock or not.
