OcTaLL Posted August 13, 2007 Share About a month and a half ago I took my Campag Nucleon rear wheel to my LBS to have a new body and axle fitted. I heard yesterday from one of the guys at the store that they are still waiting for the agents to get the part from overseas.Now my question is why is there such a thing as an agent? If they don't carry spares for their products. A while ago everybody was so up in arms over me importing and not buying from the agents in SA, but now that I need spares they can't help me? If they are the agents, they should carry these things, right? And I know my delivery times are longer than normal, but for an agent to take 1.5 months, come on!
