After their victory at the Akkedis dirty double, Team COMMENCAL racing wins the Urban assault.

 

Marais Dekker and Rynard Van Hoven of Team COMMENCAL racing scored a brilliant 1st and 2nd overall, on their Flame hardtails.

Seriously, I had a sore throat that was just bad enough to push my HR up too far, and it was that or be silly and ride and then suffer for weeks with flu.
