Paint design maybe but how sexy are those seat stays on the foogee. I agree with BeOne, overall the Raleigh looks better.

 

Wasn't there a Cervelo a year or two back with super-skinny seat stays? That was what I thought of when I saw the Phew-gee.

The sirveylows do have those thin chain stays but apparently they do not even need them because their chainstays as super strong. Cannondale also have those this stays now.

Yeah, I recall reading that claim from surfer-low. It'd take a brave manufacturer to bring out a bike without seat stays. If they set the bike up just right, something like the Can-a-dail (which I note your spelled really weirdly) Scalp-ill flexi chain stays, you could have a bike with a really plush ride.

 

Prolly the same UCI ruling that put paid to the Trek (sp?) beam bikes prevents doing away with the seat stay.
