'Dale Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 So, Hub Dudes & Dudettes, With the cloud of uncertainty hanging over AC's head, will he be there to strut his stuff?
messenger Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 "make it to defend" or"defend"?May have misread - will be interesting though....
splat Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 TdF Smackdown! Schleck Bro's will be tag teaming whoever shows their face upfront. Alberto or otherwise. and with new and improved pharmaceutical enhancements, its gonna be great to watch.

Alberto or otherwise. and with new and improved pharmaceutical enhancements, its gonna be great to watch. What will be the turbo-boost of choice at next year's tour? Blood doping and cow steroids are taking a beating this season.. Back to EPO micro-dosing.. or will there be some next-level artificial Himalayan yak's blood infiltrating the peloton?
CAAD4 Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Quite a few teams, including HTC and Luxembourg are riding Di2. Wait for power boosts and hidden electric motors in the down tubes..
Squier Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 It'll be a good one! I really hope AC makes it. The fact that the UCI have said they'll have a decision within 10 days and it's now been double that makes me wonder. I thought he was screwed, no way out but I think the UCI is doing whatever they can to ensure that he won't get a ban. Everything is still in the balance... With 6 climbing stages, 4 summit finishes, ITT and TTT it's bound to be a cracker. Andy can take it, he needs to break AC on the smaller climbs, but AC is a class act. CRACKER!!!
Willehond Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Wow, I saw this thread and thought, WOW, at last people will be discussing the new route with the Alps and all the climbing, but no, just another doping thread. Should have known...
'Dale Posted October 22, 2010 Author Posted October 22, 2010 Hmmm... Thus far, quite a few Hubbers believe AC will not get to TdF.
Willehond Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 For those who don't know/forgot what the Galibier looks like, here it is. It's a freaking monster!!!
MariusL Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Contador will be back to silence ALL his critics
Wyatt Earp Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Hmmm... Thus far, quite a few Hubbers believe AC will not get to TdF. Hope he never makes it to a start line of a bike race ever again.
silvan Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Even if he does get away with the 'tainted food' excuse, the minimum suspension will be 1 year from the date of the original suspension date and that was 6 weeks after the TDF.

'Dale Posted October 22, 2010 Author Posted October 22, 2010 I still believe he is the one rider who can topple Armstrong's 7 winner medals... But stick to Spur Burgers, AC... no more 'funny' meat!
