Something that is really starting to irritate me now is getting the Flu over and over again.

I am currently probably in the best shape of my life and I just keep on getting sick. What is with this that the fitter you get the easier you get sick?

Why does this happen and what do you need to do to avoid this?

muxie, if you have been going on antibiotics and meds each time you've gotten sick then stop doing so - many years ago i had the problem of getting flu and never getting better. eventually i went to a homeopath, got some stuff from him (not antibiotics) got better and never had that problem again. yes, it took a bit longer to get better initially but man was it worth it. if i do get sick now i put myself to bed and take some multivitamins and cal-c-vita and when i'm better i stay better for ages.

(p.s. this applies to illness not injury... i'm still trying to figure out a good recipe for injury recovery)

Okay so homeopathics have their place but when you get some sought of infetcion, Bronchitis for instance, then they are definately a no no. They just don't work quick enough.

They say that prevention is better than the cure so I just dose myself up on Vit C and take the nessecary homepathics when I feel flu comming on. I also go to regular Electro Magnetic therapy sessions, which, really boost my immune system.

Just one thing.

If you are on anti-biotics, dont just stop using them. Thats not a really good idea. Finish the prescription.

Eat well. Sleep. Take time off exercise

Homeopathic meds are the best IMHO. I have friends in the medical field and they recommend it. Just take note that some/most homeopathic meds must not be touched with your skin at all as they are magnetically charged in some way to speed up the way they work Smile

i spoke to someone yesterday with similar symptoms and he told me after blood tests etc. the doctor told him that he has got a virus that goes dormant for a while and then it reappears.. goes dormant for a while then same thing over and over...hopefully the body's defenses is strong enough to kill it.
