This is something that has for a long time been coming and irritating the s'%t out of me and I want to have the opinion and comments of fellow cyclists.

There are people in cycling who blatantly and consistently give their timing chips (evidence is there and is being handed to CSA) to other better riders in order to get better qualifying times and therefore seeding for races such as the 94.7 and the Argus. They even brag about it to others how they are organising to be able to start early at these races. This is wrong and I call on all other honest cyclists to report similar thugs to CSA. The one cyclist even cheated on her 94.7 race this last Sunday in order to get a better seeding for the Argus.

To these riders - hopefully your days are numbered and CSA uses the evidence sent to them to bring you to book.

Dont let it get to you, they're cheating themselves no one else, at the end of the day when they're in a start group thats out of their depth, they're not going to be able to hold the bunch anyway.

Sh!t never heard of that. Theose are the very guys that make riding daangerous. Not only do they deprive a deserving rider an earlier time slot, They also obviously cant hold the group they are riding in and end up causing carnage to the faster guys coming through! They should have thier licences suspended!

I have sent the evidence to the CSA today so hopefully they are true to their word and take harsh action against these people.

Pffffft... at the end of the day they still need to ride the race, no matter where they start. If they suck, they will still suck, and excuses about punctures/cramps/mechanicals etc just dont excuse bad finishing times in the big races.

Seeding index's only last a year anyway, and then the system resets itself: pity the same cant be said for our government...

CSA will do nothing about it they have bigger issues at hand. Simply name and shame the transgressors.Photo evidence will be welcome

What evidence have you got? would need to be very conclusive for CSA to take action, should end up in a 2 year ban in my opinion.

Maybe they should have a 'no fat people policy' in groups A to D to try and weed some of them out!

(no offence to the strong fat people that kicked my ass on Sunday)

Evidence (RACETEC RESULTS)dating back to 2008 where on qualifying events the times ridden co-inside with another rider from the same club to the millisecond. This is consistent evidence over 3 years - too consistent to be coincidence. Have evidence that some of the riders ride the short race but get a long race time - this is WRONG!!!

Funny enough Gumpole - these are not 'fat people' as you put it. Be careful not to generalise................
