That's almost 30 a day, every day.

 

And I rest two days a week and was off the bike after CPT for probably 4 weeks... The weekends make up for it all, LSD's mostly.

Interesting little thread, those who are doing 5k+, are you riding every single day or just hammering it on the weekends?

 

Week days 150 to 200

week ends 180 to 250

 

rest 2 days a week

 

Heading out for a 80km if the weather holds tomorrow morning

OK. My sad data records that I spent 327 hours cycling. That's almost 2 weeks solid.

 

513 hours Total (excluding time on rollers)

194 hours Road (5702 kms)

317 hours MTB

No all secret training, mostly early in the mornings when you are still asleep :D

 

So you did 11000km, damn what are you on :lol:

 

Then you must be getting up dam early, 4:30am during the week and 5:30am on the weekends.
