That would be counter productive, I lost most of my weight from not drinking beer

I know the feeling! Cut out beer, almost, completely.

But beer is Soooooo Good

but oh so bad...

I'm not drinking any for the next 3 months. Personal decision. Wine only, and then a spirit or 2 on the odd occasion (when there's a braai happening)

Windhoek Light is not too bad, it is 96 Calories so 1 beer is the same calories as 4 dry Provitas. Added bonus is that at 2.5% alcohol if you drink one per hour I don't think you could ever get over the legal limit.

I want in please!!!

Here's my story. 1 year ago my weight was 132kg. i was told i'm going to die.

Went to a slimming clinic that tested me and said i should way 100-104kg for my bone structure.

Bought a bicycle and lost 16 kg's for the year. I'm 1.82m and now weigh 116kg. need to get rid of the 16k and enter into a nice race 5-6 months from now. Current BMI is 35. Still scarey but i feel much better now. :D

I think they should have a clydesdale class in all races. Big and strong, and can go for very long.

Ooh, rather not, have it for breakfast as choice, your body is now getting ready to rest and your metabolism with it.

Some call it a myth, but your body is pretty inactive at night.
