Whiskers_81 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 That would be counter productive, I lost most of my weight from not drinking beer I know the feeling! Cut out beer, almost, completely. But beer is Soooooo Good
Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I know the feeling! Cut out beer, almost, completely. But beer is Soooooo Good but oh so bad... I'm not drinking any for the next 3 months. Personal decision. Wine only, and then a spirit or 2 on the odd occasion (when there's a braai happening)
chris_w_65 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I know the feeling! Cut out beer, almost, completely. But beer is Soooooo Good Windhoek Light is not too bad, it is 96 Calories so 1 beer is the same calories as 4 dry Provitas. Added bonus is that at 2.5% alcohol if you drink one per hour I don't think you could ever get over the legal limit.
chris_w_65 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 642 Calories for me so far today and that includes everything, even the milk in my 3 cups of coffee and the coffee

kolobe Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 (edited) I want in please!!! Here's my story. 1 year ago my weight was 132kg. i was told i'm going to die. Went to a slimming clinic that tested me and said i should way 100-104kg for my bone structure. Bought a bicycle and lost 16 kg's for the year. I'm 1.82m and now weigh 116kg. need to get rid of the 16k and enter into a nice race 5-6 months from now. Current BMI is 35. Still scarey but i feel much better now. Edited January 6, 2011 by kolobe

Whiskers_81 Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 It's road, but I put slicks on my MTB and ride on my MTB. Did the 94.7 on my MTB
GTRacing Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I think they should have a clydesdale class in all races. Big and strong, and can go for very long.
