Whiskers - is the spreadsheet supposed to be open to all of us, or are you still inputting the figures yourself?

 

I was down to 99 last week - you've got me as 101.

sometimes there's just a plateau. Carry on training, or perhaps mix it up with a different exercise. Eventually your body gets used to it, and adapts.

 

Case in point - my fiance. Plays squash almost every day, for 45min to an hour per session, and it makes hardly any difference in her weight. Put that same time into a gym workout r ride (at lower intensity nogal) and it does - makes her lose faster...

 

Hopefully she won't be reading this, it sounds like you are saying she is fat, you might end up on the couch :lol: :lol:

i havent weighed myself yet but im, damn sure i have lost been eating correctly and been cycling and spinning like a mad man, it feels so good.
