chris_w_65 Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 sometimes there's just a plateau. Carry on training, or perhaps mix it up with a different exercise. Eventually your body gets used to it, and adapts. Case in point - my fiance. Plays squash almost every day, for 45min to an hour per session, and it makes hardly any difference in her weight. Put that same time into a gym workout r ride (at lower intensity nogal) and it does - makes her lose faster... Hopefully she won't be reading this, it sounds like you are saying she is fat, you might end up on the couch
