Chavez Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Where's the Cape Town group? I'm game...H = 174cm, Weight = 103kg BMI is a load of bollocks so not going to go by that...doesn't take into account bone structure and muscle density (I use to body build) My wife is a Clinical Dietitian so could ask her for some pointers if you guys want. ...And before you smartarses say something, she doesn't bring her work home
Zeps Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Woverine and I took on a 16in8 (16kg's in 8 weeks) challenge on the 25th of July, we managed that and then some - I have managed to keep it at that despite the 'festive' season Myself and a few others are taking up a 6in3 challenge starting tomorrow morning (I do still have these last few to move ...) to get to my best racing weight! I know many will comment that this is not the best way and not sustainable but hey it worked for me As far as my actual diet, hey it worked for 24hour in December and I had a pretty respectable result ....
Daniel XTR Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 Ok, Remember at 94.7 Time, some dude did some spread sheet where you could enter your group, and start time. We need this application PS: Seems like all hubbers are in IT. SO where are you geeks?
