Remember at 94.7 Time, some dude did some spread sheet where you could enter your group, and start time.

We need this application

 

PS: Seems like all hubbers are in IT. SO where are you geeks?

I have already drawn up a spreadsheet, which I will post once a week, after the hubbers poist their weights on Mondays!

Have I missed something, somewhere? :unsure:

 

What time frames are we talking about?

 

Suggest winners are announced before Xmas 2011, in the following categories:

Largest % decrease over 12 months (can only be from the list as at Monday 17th January)

Largest % decrease over any 9-month period in 2011 (allows for late comers)

Largest % decrease over any 6-month period in 2011

Largest % decrease over any 3-month period in 2011

The bmi recons I need to loose 30kg's fk that. I will be a wimp if thats the case and I can do allot that freeken skinny people can't. whats the difference between skinny and lean.... just the spelling. bwahahahaha...

I'm game...H = 174cm, Weight = 103kg

 

BMI is a load of bollocks so not going to go by that...doesn't take into account bone structure and muscle density (I use to body build)

 

My wife is a Clinical Dietitian so could ask her for some pointers if you guys want.

 

...And before you smartarses say something, she doesn't bring her work home :P

 

I agree. According to BMI and my height of 172cm I should be between 55kg and 73kg. Anything under 73 and people get concerned because I look sick. I started at 96kg, now down to 77kg. Target = 73kg
