chris_w_65 Posted January 5, 2011 Posted January 5, 2011 I'm game...H = 174cm, Weight = 103kg BMI is a load of bollocks so not going to go by that...doesn't take into account bone structure and muscle density (I use to body build) My wife is a Clinical Dietitian so could ask her for some pointers if you guys want. ...And before you smartarses say something, she doesn't bring her work home I agree. According to BMI and my height of 172cm I should be between 55kg and 73kg. Anything under 73 and people get concerned because I look sick. I started at 96kg, now down to 77kg. Target = 73kg
