wonduhboy Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 I was cleaning my anthem X1 2009 this week and noticed that my saddle is cracked.Do you think this will be covered by warranty? Even though my bike is almost 2 yrs old? I'm sure I remember reading something about some fizik saddles that cracked... Or am I on crack?
flymango Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 My Gobi also cracked much to my relief as it was too small for my seat bones. My LBS gave me a credit and I replaced it with an Aliante. Much more comfortable saddle in my view.

Nimby Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 Mine didn't crack but the cover material came "unglued" on the underside. I know I can reglue it but this shouldn't happen - saddle was 3 months old at the time... Back to the Selle Italia which is more comfortable anyway.

jcmeyerSS Posted January 31, 2011 Posted January 31, 2011 someone needs to get ahold of the agent. may they should pull a toyota and recall the saddles. that is definitly a manufacture flaw. one or two is coincidence three, four , five in the same place is a flaw.
