'Dale Posted March 13, 2012 Share I hope Nibs can roll over Horner today. He has a TT to do it in and need to gain 6 secs PLUS. GO, NIBS!!

Wyatt Earp Posted March 13, 2012 Share What pollution is to nature, negativity is to the soul...Woosh, straight over my head. But as much as a peleton has importance in cycling, a bus in running is equally relevant. So again I suggest that Bullock chick. Nibali should have been in the lead already he missed out on 10 seconds thanks to Sagan ,big problem for your team there.Think Horner is a good TT rider so i think it will be close.Maybe Kreuziger ends up taking it! GrumpyOldGuy Posted March 13, 2012 Share Basso's days had come and gone even before his ban. Yeah, look, he was a very promising young rider, even matched and beat LA once up a few mountains in the Tour, wore the white jersey, finished in the top 10, he had a lot going for him. I dont know what happened but he seemed to fall into the wilderness a bit just before his ban. Came back strong to win the Giro, but since then he has never been able to make an impression. I think its hard to keep motivated for so long, a few can do it, LA managed it, Jens, Vino maybe, Simoni, but I think he has other interests now, just hanging around until they chase him away I think. Old man Horner? ............... hmm, I dont know, Nibs is no slouch on the TT and he has youth on his side, anything can happen of course, but I think it will be tight.A bit of a slip in the planning and execution yesterday has kept Nibs out of the lead, but I think he has it in him, or hopefully Kreuziger will take it,...he is also pretty good on the TT!,.... Horner.........oh Grief I hope not........I just couldn't stand the boredom.!
'Dale Posted March 13, 2012 Share Cancellara with best time out on the course... avg 50 km/h! Sagan shows up at 7th. Not bad for someone not renowned for TTing. *drum roll* Nibs, Roman, Horner.... in close contention. Cycling at its best! Go, Nibs!
'Dale Posted March 13, 2012 Share Interesting, from cyclingnews.com If Chris Horner can hang on to his advantage this afternoon he will become the first American to win Tirreno-Adriatico. Just over half an hour to go until the three leaders get underway.
'Dale Posted March 13, 2012 Share Vacansoleil-DCM rising nicely... with a good result in Paris-Nice and now this: Wout Poels finishes eleven seconds behind Meyer - enough to hang on to the white jersey for best young rider in the colours of Vacansoleil-DCM
