I am sure his team would want him to regardless of his feelings. I suppose at the end of the day he would have been crowned the winner so is justified in wearing the jersey.

Is it because they might accept that it was accidental?) What happened to the traces of plasticiser that indicate blood doping? I lost track of that thread.
