  5. I haven't done races since 2019. So today me and my son did the trailseeker Buffelsdrift. And it was dead. I didn't see cyclelab there. The doof doof music was not as vibey. It seemed mostly school series kids racing. Didn't even the cows. So is it falling apart?
  6. What happens exactly. Surge plugs don't mean much if your inverter or loadshedding on/off is happening.
  7. I do believe Mr Robert will gladly give oyu some good advice. He does have quite a it of knowledge about building
  8. Kmc op shimano cassette? Want ek nie lank terug 'n duur ketting gekoop van kmc
  9. Got my son a Titan hades. 20" used best kids bike I've bought in years. Got 2 avalanche cosmic for very cheap. My daughter has one. She just ride to school and back daniel races. They avalanche and hades both have tourney on. Avalanche has 3*6, though. I can't fault the avalanche.

  12. And Facebook
  13. Found a new nice gravel road today. And made a friend VID-20230305-WA0017.mp4
  14. Sell the road bike and go ride in the veld. On the road I have 50 times less hard times. Mtb tires my arms, lower back and the shaking gets to you. But once you are fit in these it's fun. Road I done feel the same. Alot less effort to do the same speed/ distance tits on road. Ps I use slicks on my mtb
  15. That's why I live out of the city. I love this. It's like going to a therapist, ride out in the bush
  16. Damn it's so clean and repaired
  17. You can't take 9 people's opinion and assume that that's the general. Rule. The biggest Idiot drivers I come across are ones with bikes on the back. I live in a rural area. I ride behind my kids and neighbors kid every morning. 3ks is along very narrow tar. I drive behind the m with my Hazzards. People tend to pass you very closely. I don't see anything wrong with a vehicle behind a cyclist, I do agree though cyclists should ride single file and consider cars. But cars should Consider bikes. Also pedestrians need to be considered. Group riders are an irritation to me because they take over the road. Even in races they will scream at you to "MOVE LEFT" But I cannot fault the vehicle. It's there for safety. If you pass a cyclist at 90km/h and he falls what happens?
  18. Were you riding the whole day?
  19. Why boost?
  20. How far can Sam run?
  21. Not gonna read all the complaints. But I have had better luck in life buying from a dealer than privately. Private if you sell me rubbish it is what it is. If I buy from a dealer I'm more likely to get money back. But them every cycling thi g I bought on the hub was private and good. So private buying is maybe cheaper but higher risk. Dealer less risk but higher price. If I'm not happy about a price amd want I will try to negotiate. If no I move on. If I feel it's belaglik move on. I habe bought things others have seen as belaglik and others have bought stuff I feel is belaglik. "
  22. What parts do you take with normally. I do understand anything can happen. But can you take a thick needle and strong thread to fix a ture till you get to the end. Instead of a Tyre.
