My powercal compared to the powerbeam is 25% lower,think it could be with the bloodpressure meds I am taking

Hi Rouxtjie what is the amount of data being used if training with the VR apps? I am using mine with the GPS unit to contol my trainer.Would like to get into the apps thing. Thanks

Koos at Cyle Lab does a retul setup.

Just make sure that their torque transducer is calibrated(with traceability) were you taking your wrench to be checked.Torgue tool in jhb one of the best.

Koos at cycle lab 4 ways does it on the Retul system-he did a lot of TT setups before.

I do have the powerbeam with the joule gps _quite easy to operate,i do plan my training on the power agent software and import to the joule and you are ready.

I was a patient of the late DR Ron Coetzee and he always said "Healing is not a incident but it is a process" I do believe they have a place as my quality of life improved a lot no more pain killers ,and this is since 1995.I do still visit the chiro 4 times a year for treatment.

so how to you decide on the frame size for a monster cross ,do you go for a size smaller than your mtb?ie if you ride a 21inch do you go for a 19 or do you get a good position on your normal size?

indoors on a trainer beats spinning ,you can do your own thing(more a focused workout)take some motivation do more the 2 sessions a week(think there spinning is better-the social side)

On a Garmin if the battery dies(after a couple of years) you battle to find aftermarket replacements.

I just left it -didn't calibrate it , the power numbers is very consistent and just turn the gps off for using it indoors.It does makes the indoor training much more interesting and focussed.

I have an edge 500 with a powertap using it indoors and it works like a charm

i am running full xt with slx cassette ,no problem(was like that when i bought the bike new)

Maybe they only open Monday after the festive season-only good service from them.I waited 3 days to reciev my powercal
