Perhaps you can send your idea to Dimension Data and ask them to put Cavendish, Renshaw, Farrar and Eisel in one of your bus type bikes above! They certainly must have the wrong idea about cycling in a team then! Fortunately there are enough of us amateur bike riders who would like to experience the same type of team dynamics in an event, that the PPA is trying to cater for our needs too!

Every other race is a solo effort. More than enough of those! These team rides make for some serious fun training in the lead up to the event and on the day itself!

Not sure if this has been asked yet Myles, but what happens when you hit your fitness point cap for the year? Will you still receive points towards your activity rewards portion if you are no longer eligible for points through your points monitor having reached that limit? As an example , two weeks ago I earned 15 000 points for 5 rides in one week each in excess of 120 minutes with HR data at 3000 points each. Mostly interested as this would have a direct effect on those who have taken up the Apple Watch offer!

Dungey is the MR NICE GUY of the sport chaps! (Well him and Short). Not even suggesting he pulled a J-Law or Bam Bam move. Pure curiosity about his line choice in that specific situation and obviously how it was the major factor in Bubba trying to square up JA.

Why's Dungey taking that line though? No one on his outside that he is trying to get inside of to push wide on the exit of the corner or immediately behind him that he needs to protect the inside against??? MX is a contact sport as it should be for sure, but rubbing elbows versus t-boning someone in a tight corner are not the same thing!

On Youtube. Search Peick and Friese and you should find it. You could add 2016 Anaheim as further filters if needed! Friese was a punk. Holeshoted in heat 1 and was steadily being overtaken trying to hold on to the final transfer spot. Reed and Peick were trying to overtake him and each other and he took Peick into the tuff blocks sending him to the semis and then losing the transfer spot in the final corners himself. Got a better start than Peick in the semis and when Peick was getting around him took them both down in one of the 180 corners. Both out of transfer position to the main event.... Peick lost his cool and started beating him and pushing him around. His frustration was warranted. The public beating he dished out was not so clever and got him in hot water!

It's really up to you how much you get from it. I know of people who are on gold yet can't be bothered to book their travel through the vitality portal to get the actual savings, then bleat about how it doesn't work for them.... If you want to get the most from the offering you have to be someone who is prepared to change some habits and figure out the ways you engage with the discovery solution to really reap the rewards. Neither of which are difficult and once you get a taste for what is available in savings you naturally start to engage better! If you're on a family option you will need to get the buy in from your partner as you cannot get all the points required for gold on your own! (3 consecutive years on gold will give you diamond status. You maintain that by keeping your gold status year on year) Oh to answer your specific question, for 2015 in travel rewards (6 return domestic flights), healthyfood paybacks, car rental discounts and movie discounts I have saved roughly 12K. I'll likely change my insurance to Disco come 2016 as the Vitality benefit has a considerable impact! Will also activate the dischem benefit and look into that more.

I keep hoping the PPA have a bold campaign that says something more like: "Can you guess how many motorists were killed or maimed by cyclists riding into them this past year? Imagine, we could say the same thing the other way round! Please do your part!!!" Rinse, repeat of the last pointers they put out! 2015? Reflectors on a bicycle???? Which manufacturers (other than the makro numbers) still sell bikes with reflectors!
