I hear you. It's just so frustrating seeing what can be done, but it not being done because of a lack of resources or will. Proper police work and prosecution will almost surely secure a conviction if guilty.

And you left it there? No police? It's so easy to catch these guys with a few sting operations from the police. Set up a small unit and look at hub and gumtree and catch them. Days like this makes me want to become a detective.

When I did this before they limited single entries to 2 per league, or 2 out of 7 in this instance. It's a type of GC event therefore it might throw things out a bit if suddenly people come to race one event to alter tactics and strategies.

Exactly. And it's not necessarily bad if the calculation is somewhat off with windy races, because the same riders riding "alone" will then still be batched together. I think the bigger problems are clubs and groups riding in seedings worse than their own and then pulling the whole bunch along. This really messes up the seeding for everyone after the first few racing bunches.

Yes, same thing with Johann Rabie in the Elites. Broke away and by the end most riders in the group didn't even know he was gone. In about 10kms he rode more than two minutes into the group.
