  1. I'm using Campy, so none by the shifters, only on the downtube but the adjustments are very fine
  2. Thanks i have set the limit screw, seems to be better, still have to send it in to fix the wheel, The barrel adjuster got stripped at a previous LBS so reason i'm using a new one, can this be fixed?

So my bike has been on automode for awhile which is pretty iritating, but what has happened now is along with it's auto shifting it has been pushing my chain right over into my spokes, now having a rear wheel out of true, i'm gonna send her into the LBS, What could be the reason for this happening?
  4. so i stripped the front hub last night, The place(not sure name) where the bearings run is all fine the bearings look fine, just behind the thing where the bearings run it looks almost like a washer or something that is bust, when you load the bearings all runs smoothly do you know what the purpose of that is? LBS say i'll be fine,

  6. ok so it's time to change hubs, front wheel is a 20 spoke rear not sure will check tomorrow, do KCNC make for this size, and where can i try for them.... Maybe i can bling my bike with yellow or blue ones while i'm at it?

  18. when you get back from your ride don't over eat i know i tend to do it always, but i'm not planning on loosing anymore, As tarmac mentioned eat less, just keep training and training(cycling), keep your heart rate round about the 165mark, the kilo's can't stay there, what kind of distances are you doing? the longer your ride the less you eat, you body will start eating at reserves(body fat) for energy... You can't cycle and not loose.
