Not sure if anyone else has ordered gels from Chain Reaction, if you are thinking of doing it, be very careful. I ordered some last week and selected the DHL postage option, in order for the delivery to be made before Sani2C. The parcel is detained by customs wanting a medical cetificate, I get no email or phone call telling me of the delay, even checking with the tracking no, tells me nothing. I see today they have made ammendments to the tracking details. So yesterday after getting the run around, and not being able to actually speak to a manager/ supervisor I'm now left with no goods and D-Day is today. They wanted to send the goods for testing I had to explain to them exactly what the gels were, even still the parcel may not get through. On top of it, they charge a rediculous amount for duties(37%), which I had to fight about and that got reduced from R450 to R190 Not sure were you are supposed to even find this info?? As per my lastest converstaion it does not look good at all. So just a warning to all, do not waste your time trying to bring them in. Not a happy bunny :cursing:

lol, I thought the same thing @ the OP- How come you have so many bad reviews for sales that he was so put off?

The sleeping pattern could also have other contributing factors, very irritating though. The one thing I miss though is the gossip with all the ladies from the offices around me I very really get any cravings either. So as you say. the worst is over.

Still really tight, but getting there. Sleeping patterns are still all over the place though Certainly feel better overall though. Me mum told me last night she is very proud of me

Thats so funny I did that exact thiung last night, lol. I even had a bit of Twinkie on my car seat this morning I have been tring not to substitute the sweets though. Sat will be three weeks for me

It is a strange one. I've even had a few beers and no cravings either, stopped taking the Champix after two weeks, did not even get onto the maintanence course.

Its been 18 days now since my last ciggie, must say I've picked up a few kg's in the process, not been able to train or ride . My chest is still not that great though Still trying to work out where the money "saved" has gone too

I'm keen to ride Holla tomorrow, for the first time in a while, any changes I should be aware of? What route suggestion to follow for a 40-50km cruise, which two colour coded routes can I link together to give me the most enjoyable ride?

That makes it a week of NO smoking now Hopefully over the worst of it, even had a beer last night and did not even think of having a ciggie. Sleeping patterns are still all screwed up and my first ride yesterday after not smoking was not that great , so tired after barely sleeping all week. Now I can call myself an ex-smoker

I do hear what you are saying, but a lot of people just don't know the ins and outs of a forum. Hence why you get it, hence why you get repetative threads. Maybe an outright ban of religious threads, but they do make for some great entertainment.
