  1. My linkage bearings seized (after perhaps a less than ideal service following the Imana wild ride). Santa Cruz sent me a whole new frame. No Questions asked by LBS or SC. Believe the hype!
  2. Bikehub AGAIN 1st in world with new bike news? What's happening here?
  3. Good grief - there is some rather poor info on here. Go see your doctor and if he can't explain to the value of a 24 hour ambulatory BP test in your setting, or explain to you how that would better calculate your risk and plan your therapy, ask for a referral to a physician with an interest in hypertension.
  4. I think you guys are missing Burry's point. Yesterday, he was actually asking and aswering the question to himself - why did they not gift a stage to 360Life, as 36One were leading and likely winners and they should share the spoils, His answer (to himself and us) I think was perfectly justifyable - firstly "no gifts" (they might have a mechanical and not win) and secondly he didn't feel that 360Life did enough to warrant a gift on this stage. All fair comment IMO. Today's tweet though suggests he's picked up the negative vibe round his comments BUT still didn't gift them a stage.Still needs some PR training though. I wonder whether 360two are expecting or hoping for gifts now? Would it help their relationship ;-)
  5. Hope you're not too heavy or too rough a rider; else expect to buy a new pair in a year.
  6. Laugh at that "assometer" from Spesh - you don't sit anywhere near where that measures! See here:img]http://http://www.stevehoggbikefitting.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/09/PELVIS-REAR-VIEW--500x281.jpg[/img
  7. Well done - finally common sense is prevailing! Need more of those though and that's where the fights are going to start.

  9. Second the Feedback Pro - just great. Read the reviews....
  10. My wife settled on the WTB speed she.
  11. I haven't seen any of these "rules" posted anywhere at Tokai, nor have I seen them applied. To me it looks like the ascenders generally give way, like I do. It is much easier to do that, and interrupts flow much less IMO. I appreciate there is disagreement and no clear consensus so I ride carefully (and nowadays very early or very late to avoid too many poeple with no clear idea) I agree that singletracks can go uphill - don't get me wrong. Just that our trails are now too full to have bidirectional traffic. Some should be marked down and some up and they will be safe for all to enjoy. To my mind the fight should be about which direction the existing trails should be marked as. A few flat ones could even be birectional with big warnings.
  12. Cool, but why not just join on velogames - all done for you? http://velogames.com/tdf11index.php
