okay, I think some people lost the plot on this topic.....I just warned people about someone selling a fake Pina but advertising it as a Pina. So if some people are fine with it will you go buy it? Will you pay R35k for the bike as it stands there? Don't tell everyone you ride a Pina meanwhile you ride a blank frame....same with those Fake Spez Venge bikes.....don't tell everyone you ride a Venge, as you dont, the bike did not come with the booklet or the option to register it online.....so it is not a Venge....it is a blank chinese branded frame, so call it chinese import...

My point, dont brand it a Pinarello then, if you sell a fake, brand it smething else. If I am Pinarello I would trace these bastards, take them to court for infridgment of their brand and also copying their logos....this will be the only way to stop these people. Even the wheels is fake, it looks like cheap aftermarket wheels with Campag logos on. What a tjop!

This is true, however if you are a heavier rider with more power it means the power is in the legs, so if I had to lose another 9kg's and keep my muscle mass I wll be at around 3-4% bodyfat, so then I won't push out the same power anymore...ths I why I agree with Andydude statement, if Fabian Cancellara had to weigh 68kg's, there is no way he will be able to push out such power. Agreed! On the rollers he will kill the climbers! In the end it comes down do you want to be known as a climber or as a machine....with our type of climbs the climbers won't really benefit that much as it is not as steep. The only tough climb is probably maritime hill, but then again it is a bit short so a machine could hang onto the hill...same as Ou Kaaps, it is not as steep, so if you got the extra power you should be able to manage quite well.

I agree! However, you cant be a bodybuilder and cycle, the two just dont correspond. My Bodyfat is currently 11%, I am 24 years old (turning 25 soon) and I am 1.84m tall. I currently weigh in at +-77kg.... I dont even look at my weight anymore, I just look at bodyfat and also muscle mass. According to the fomula I am 2.338...rounding to 2.34, I am quite a good climber though

Keep holding the red circle button until the pairing symbol appears on screen" This is in fact wrong, I went to search the web, found out it does not work as they say hence the reason I could not connect....on the youtube vid it showed step by step how to do it, power on remote, then press mode and it will start searching, I then switchd on the wifi and the camera, choose 'New' and it then paired with the remote...the way they described by holding the red circle then press power did not even work at all... GoPro Manual FAIL! Search the video on youtube, you will see what I mean 'wifi go-pro help'

Bodyfat is at 11% now, have not lost any muscle yet....only fat...so hoping for a good positive season. I work, have a girlfriend, cycle and do the odd sushi nights with friends, so there is always time, you just need to make it...

'Dale, I lost 5kg's since league...so I am getting myself ready for summer league... Look at Kyle Donachie, David Garret, and many more....they all climbers, but they had a flippen good season over the rollers....

I really enjoyed the Lady Loch circuit race, challening rollers...I like the race calender. What I dont understand everyone entered league when it was 9 races, the races is all still there, the only ones not being here is the Rollercoaster, Cape Cobra and ?

I train with John, just a tip, racing elites as not as easy as it sounds, rather get your seeding up to C first. I had to get mine up, and a great learning experience it was...

Yor you people can complain....Lets see, there is a few nice climbs. Helshoogte, Botmas Pass, etc....the rest is rollers, so I will be entering, looking forward to another league season. If people can't even manage to stick over the rollers then why bother to enter league with all the climbs?? I know of a few people who is apparently all 'Mountain Goats' but they get dropped on the Voor Paardeberg climb...yet, they are climbers... Rather be grateful that there is another league season and that we can ride our bikes. I am looking forward to racing again.

I got mine yesterday from the Kodak store. Due South also sells them, all prices is R4999 everywhere! I cant get my wifi remote to sync with the GoPro though, not sure why, anyone had a similar problem or perhaps assist with steps?
