  1. On another note....did he sing 'the guy in the shop with the droll baggies' because otherwise it might not have been aimed at you? xcept if you know your wearing droll baggies?
  2. If you don't hear them you don't know the treatment I am sure when I walked out there before they said 'yoh Johan is full of ***...or whatever...' because I know I am.
  3. Wind is gona be pumping so racing is going to be hard! Lets hope I can leave work in time....been missing all of these lately due to work.
  4. Im also thinking that...tires not even glued on...no casette but wheel is there? Normal person would have taken the wheels also....seatpost is gone? A beaut of a bike though.

    MTB girls

My friend brother was married to her for a few years....and we used to tag along to go to the beach
  6. Does anyone have any updates regarding the Bellville Velodrome? I really want to get into track cycling but don't want to end up spending money if it is going to be demolished. ccc2 or anyone who can comment?
  7. happened to me in a league race also, they come cross line and interfere and swear at you and things...some words were exchanged between myself and him....he then noticed I am like twice his size...and a few minutes later he was off at the back. But it was a snotklap waiting to happen as I was ready with my backhand. These people ruien it for cyclist, now if it was a newbie and he/she gets treated with an elbow or something they would not want to continue with the sport...tjops!
  8. Might be that they are getting to busy... eg: 100 clients = super fast excellent service 250 clients = fast excellent service 500 clients = excellent service 750 clients = service 1000 clients = little service, eg... They are good, but everyone wil experience problems here and there....
  9. Yea, I had to use a cover up cause otherwise my girlfriend won't allow me to go cycle anymore.
  10. I got a package from them 3 weeks ago, strange why you cant receive deliveries.
  11. I have been using wiggle.co.uk for a while now, I always had fantastic service from them and speedy delivery. In fact I once had a order which i received within 5 days!
  12. 2 x tubes, 1 tire leaver, 2 bombs, money and a condom in case you see a sexy lady at a coffee shop....haha...ok joke. Only the following: 2 x tubes, 1 tire leaver, 2 bombs, money and my phone
  13. Isnt it just the spoke length which will differ, as long as the amount of holes in the hub is the same....unfortunately poorly educated staff can give a company a bad name. I mainly had good service with CWC, but I always deal with the same staff.
  14. Dit was net n ou grappie
  15. Go eat your pudding while I eat my veg I was also vet at one stage...so I am allowed to make fun cause I know what it was like for people to make fun of me
  16. Lol yellow is defenitely not their colour....do you know what the team was called perhaps?
  17. Im starting in elites, whoop whoop!
  18. Easy, you go to the cops, tell them what happened and then claim....technically you were bike jacked.
  19. HAHAHA! saved me once now that I think about it....lol
  20. You dont need to, get some Swisstop Yellow brake pads, I run them with training wheel and with carbon wheels and never had a problem...its 400 a set and last you about 2 years...
  21. My brother bought this on ebay for a steal....it came without wheels though so he added his Mavic R-Sys wheels....he said it is crazy light! Even came with the new SRAM RED 10-speed
  22. So while I had to send my training wheels in again for the 100th time due to our crappy roads I went browsing online...found some very good specials online and bought this wheelset for 109 pounds and placed my order! I received them today, whoopah!! They are not the lightest but they defenitely bulletproof according to reviews online so ideal for training. So I got the following: 4 x Hutchinson Equinox tires 1 x Fizik superlight bar tape 1 x Deda Bar tape 1 x Pro-Lite Garda wheelset 1 x DeFeet socks to match my Pelotrain Racing Kit(Havnt seen the colours here and worked out to R140 a pair with Customs Included) 2 x Northwave H2O Extreme Shoecover booties (Wind/Water)
  23. I bought the extra battery backpack for my Hero3 Black, I am happy with mine. I still paid R4995 and Backpack was R500 at Dionwired still. The new plus version will probably be around R1000-R1500 more which is a waste since you will eventually need to buy a battery backpack to extend the life when out riding.
  24. I weigh 77kg...I always buckle my crest wheel, no matter what, after every MTB ride in the Tygerberg area then I get home with my rear wheel buckled...it is kind of irritating though. I would say put a Flow/Arch on the rear and crest in the front. I run Crest front to back and only have problems wth the rear.
  25. That is very strange, I spoke to Andrew and never had a problem ordering mine. Paid the Thursday and collected it the Friday. Did you deal with him directly? I can PM you his mobile number. I have not had any problems yet but he said I can contact him directly on his mobile if needed. I am really enjoying my Power2Max unit, I paid R11k for mine if I remember correctly and it came with the Rotor 3D Crankset. Calibration was set so after I fitted the crank and linked the unit to my Garmin it worked 100%
