Check how he is eying out mum' date=' but she will have nothing to do with it! [/quote'] ? then why doesn't he just knock her out with a club like all good caveman do? Move with the times please holy! Cradle residents use cattle prods to get their way these days.

  6. Do you suspect fowl play Tim?
  7. Do you know what I find quite unbelievable about this whole saga? And thats the fact that the cradle residents are bitching about cyclist riding two abreast and how illegal this is, when, and I will bet my bike on this, they themselves are continually breaking the law by speeding in the very same area. I bet they don?t even know what the speed limit is. Riding two abreast is a petty misdemeanour and deserves a slap on the wrist, however, reckless endangerment while driving, and heaven forbid manslaughter, are serious crimes and result in jail sentences and criminal records. Now who should be doing the bitching? That?s right, the cyclist should be begging for camera traps and speed bumps to be spread all over the cradle area to prevent the criminal behaviour of the motorist who are endangering our lives. And before any cradle resident tries to bullsh*t us into believing they are adhering to the speed limit let me point out a thing or two. If your car is travelling at 40kph, which is the speed limit in some places, then nearly every single cyclist will be overtaking your car on the downhills, and in some cases on the flats as well. If you are doing 60kph which is the maximum allowed, then the majority of cyclist will be keeping up with you on the downhill?s. I ask all cyclists following this thread if they have ever seen cyclists overtaking or in fact keeping up with the cars? Not in a month of Sundays!!
  8. I no how you feell about speeling. It greats me know end wen thees illitrate morrons dont no how to spel or use punktuation proply. 9. Hey Ian, how about showing us some pics of your bum roasties....NOT! Jeez, looks eina man! Speedy recovery.
  10. Assisted with some gentle tapping from a four pound sledgehammer Then some duct tape on the frame and you are good to go..
  11. Bike is terminal, but thankfully IanJ escaped relatively lightly from what sounded like an awful crash Glad u okay-ish Ian and hopefully will see you on the road again very soon on a brand new Bianchi (or should that be Cannondale?)
  12. Shorts and saddles are all different. Some shorts chafe, some don't. Some saddles are comfy for your specific shaped bum, some are not. You will have to mix and match until you find the right combo. Generally for me, if the chamois is the same size as my saddle, then my backside makes contact with the saddle on the chamois edge where the stitching is. Very uncomfortable. If the chamois is bigger than my saddle, and my contact points with the saddle don't include the edge of the chamois then they are comfy. Seeing as you mention MTB riding, a comfortable saddle is essential, not any saddle will do. A bad saddle will even make Assos uncomfortable.
  13. Yeah, take that you cynics, such a beautiful and heartwarming story, true love for sure! You can clearly see she has fallen madly in love and can't wait to have hot sex all night long with him. The thought that there is a 99% chance that he will die from a coronary during the act and leaving her his fortune did not cross her mind once
  14. Nothing will ever make up for your loss, but it almost seems as if justice has been served. At least you can have closure now.
  15. Yip, Crit is still on, start time moved to 18H00 so you got more time to fight traffic to get there on time. Increased to 1 hour as well.
  16. Gauteng is beautiful, and we have such fantastic weather that we take it for granted. The three nice days of weather the Capies have per year and they are all out with their camera to record it lest they forget what being outdoors is like without being blown over or pissed on with rain.
  17. Can I just do the jumping in the pool bit?
  18. I probably am a bit dof, but the two incidents involving cyclists and Fortuners that were posted on the hub referenced accidents that happened on highways and not on dirt roads. All the 'evidence' proving that the Fortuner is unstable only ever mentions dirt roads. So where is the connection? Who has proved them to be unstable on highways? And for that matter, who has proved them to be unstable on dirt? Driving at high speed on dirt is dangerous in any vehicle. Just because it can does not mean it should! By the way, I own a Nissan so I am posting objectively rather than subjectively as some might suppose
  19. Look on the bright side, that skewer still looks okay!
  20. Super bike, and nice choice of colour as well
  21. I thought I had remembered the BOSS Logistics PIG's number but after Hekpoort all that was in my memory was pain

    Ethics

It is not a lack of ethics from the wheel sucker, it is a lack of brains from the wheel sucked
  23. Come on, post his name! Apparently many riders in the VB bunch, particularly BOSS Logistics, riders feel they have the right to litter as well.
