  1. Me thinks you was probably using them batteries in other 'personal' electronic devices as well
  2. I can see uncovered nipples! I'm gonna have to report this thread!
  3. Dual single track sounds a bit paradoxical to me
  4. Jeez Pantani, you picked up a bit of weight hey! At least that jean pant does not make your bum look as fat as the white Assos does
  5. I FLY, if you wanna see someone show pain and suffering just look out for me tonight, I will be setting the standard for it
  6. Nice Pantani, you even make the slow coaches look like they are going fast. Must be your good photographic skills
  7. i've heard the crit racing is a great way to 'learn' how to corner properly and effectively, so i'll encourage my wife to join me at the end of september. thanks for the info guys!! It teaches you great bike handling skills especially when you have to dodge all those slow riders like Pavlov, Flemish Lion, Slo-Jo, Zaskar, IanJ and Thug etc. I think after about the first nine high speed crashes you take at the Dome it soon becomes second nature to elbow these riders out the way while dashing thru at 90 degree bend at 55kph, at the same time sipping on your water bottle, changing gears, adjusting you sun glasses and checking your laptime on your Polar
  8. Thats not a plate, thats a friggin door handle! No wonder you wanted it out.
  9. Bit of a tough spot to be in, if he sits its going to costa him his balls and if he slips it is going to costa him his life
  10. 'Tip' of the day, with these grips you will only be able to ride in spurts At least he rides with a helmet or two!
  11. I've got a plate and nine screws in mine, looks very similar to a garden rake. Doc says if it doesn't bother you leave it in. Winter and my seat belt used to be uncomfortable, but that goes away after a few years.
  12. He probably does not have much of a head for safety issues
  13. Psycho - If you ever need motiviation speak to this guy Psycho volunteered to manage the TCS 40+ Vets this weekend and for the first time we rode as a proper team with radios and Psycho giving us feedback and shouting encouragement in our ears. What a difference! Although we were a small team we played our part to the best of our ability and we are proud of our achievements. Thanks to Psycho and my other team mates and well done to Boss Logistics on their win in the 40-49 VB category' date=' you guys are just too strong a team for the rest of us at the moment. [/quote'] Hear Hear
  14. Shucks man, I hope Jo is okay, it is never good to hear of someone getting hit by a car Anyway I'll say howzit at the start on Saturday
  15. Where do you live?
  16. Free BUMP tiger cycles. <?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I empathize with you, especially when DCM think they can just ignore you 'cos they think you are a small enterprise and you don't count. How arrogant. Their arrogance continues with this Jason dude saying you must call him Monday. No Jason, you call tiger today and get it sorted out. Public opinion counts, not just for business hours buddy, weekends too. The longer this takes to sort out the longer this post must remain on the hub actively, so that every bike shop and mechanic in the whole of SA can be aware of DCM Chrome and how they do 'business'. This way when they are looking for a mechanic for a race, they will only find closed doors and then the marketing manager himself will have to work on the bikes. Go Tiger GO
  17. Not nice DCM Chrome. The hub awaits your side of the story.
  18. Spraying the driver with your water bottle is pathetic and just plain stupid. Rather use pepper spray, much more effective, especially after he attempted his braking stunt.
  19. This topic has been discussed ad nausem on the hub. Each to his own in the end really.
  20. Only people with cheap bikes say it makes no difference 'cos they know no better. Have you ever heard of people downgrading performance equipment? Here is a challenge, why don't the sceptics ride a R50,000 bike for the first half of a race and then swap to their R10,000 bike for the second half and lets see if their opinion is the same afterwards.
  21. Looking good I must say. Now that you have fixed the cracked part of the frame are going going to fix that bent top tube of yours
