A few warning stickers should be placed in the bikes, just to warn the rider of what is appropriate use and what is not. Besides one on the top tube, some other appropriate stickers may be required for our less insightful riders, like on your shifters "Do not sit here' or on your disc brakes 'Warning, do not sit on your disc brake, it may be hot!' or on your skewers 'Warning, it is dangerous to remove your skewers and sit on them!'
If we were meant to sit on the top tube they would put a saddle there! At 86kg you are also not your typical average burger-starved euro-pro, and besides this there is an element of risk to hitting bumps at high speed while sitting on your top tube, and unfortunately you have found out the expensive way. I don't blame the manufacturer for not replacing a third frame and I also don't consider this to be a product weakness or design flaw. I also occasionally sit on my top tube as well and the worst that happened was nearly seeing my gat with a massive speed wobble, but my frame is fine, although I might just reconsider this practice in light of your experience.
Is having a lead out man allowed? There is some f**ker who lives around me who has taken some of my KOM's using his buddy as a lead out. I wasn't very impressed! I'm going to have to find someone who will do the same for me

There have been 755,180 finishers in the 40 years of the event, so 3 deaths as a percentage of the total finishers over the years is tiny. Some people will argue that one death is too many but if you really think about it, sending off 30,000 cyclists all within a few hours of each other, to race as fast as possible along a route that is often narrow and curvy and with high speed descents, that's pretty insane!
I had such a great day and a great ride, rode in a bunch with some good comradery, just very sad that lives were lost in the same event. Sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the riders and marshal, your lives have been changed forever. Strength in the days ahead!
Apparently you can down a whole bottle of Tequila and still walk in a straight line if you wearing a power balance bracelet. This is how good they work! Driving and wearing a power bracelet has been banned in twenty states in the USA because of this, as people were getting hammered and then driving home knowing full well that if the state troopers pulled them over for a sobriety test they would pass with flying colors.
