Did anyone see the Bicycling buyers guide last montha nd notice that bicycles went up by roughly the same % as mentioned above I am sure trhis has to do with the $,Pound,Rand,Euro,DM, Yen, $Zim, Kr, Lira, Escudo, Meticash, etc etc exchange rate as well as the Us Elections, the war in IraQ, Afghanistan, Pakhistan, Sierra Leone.. not to mention the inf;luence of BushSnr, Bush jnr, Castro, Mugabe, Obama, Osama, Sadam, Zuma, Mbeki, Blair, Thatcher, Brown, Puerto and Lance !!! Other influences are also the oil price, cod liver oil price, olive oil price, vegatable oil price, avocado oil price and coconut oil prices. Continental tires increased in price due to the high price of chilli's used in their black chilli compound as well. There are other factors but DEFINATELY not price fixing .....

Wheel is lifted up on one of those stand things as well. I thought it was something to do with the lack of movement in the rear triangle and BB that happens on the road.

I have no choice - I have to use IDT or Rollers if I want to cycle during the week

I've tried everything - used the Rides DVD's as well which are varied - maybe I'm just a pansie, but after an hour I'm in serious pain Was even thinking about buying Rollers instead.

Why is an IDT so uncomfortable. After less than 20min using the same bike, shorts, saddle etc my butt is killing me. Is this purely as a result of the "fixed" nature of the system or what? Any ideas on how to make it more comfortable - a couch is too big to attach
