  1. Dunno about 'goes' fast but it sure 'looks' fast - nice ride mate
  2. Oi dudes, since I bought one at the robot and put it in my cubby hole I have not had to have my wheel alignment or balancing done. Winner in my eyes
  3. Not that loud luckily! They don't worry me ....
  4. I find the KCNC a bit noisy (road and MTB) but they do look the dogs 'whatsits' and work a treat
  5. Yes and no .... No you can't for exactly the reason you give but ..... I have filed off that extra 'knoppie' on my old X9 RD and used the 'normal' BBB ones no problem
  6. Bwahahahaha - off what your Niner
  7. Woverine and I took on a 16in8 (16kg's in 8 weeks) challenge on the 25th of July, we managed that and then some - I have managed to keep it at that despite the 'festive' season Myself and a few others are taking up a 6in3 challenge starting tomorrow morning (I do still have these last few to move ...) to get to my best racing weight! I know many will comment that this is not the best way and not sustainable but hey it worked for me As far as my actual diet, hey it worked for 24hour in December and I had a pretty respectable result ....
  8. In my mind I need proof that it 'works' not that 'it doesnt work' and in the absence of that I'm afraid it's snake oil
  9. Without sounding sarcastic The_Break but are you the agent for these or sell them ..... just wondering
  10. If they are the SRAM ones I believe they are 'single use' so don't just click in and out. Quite tough to get them clicked in and impossible (almost ) to remove .... Disclaimer - that is only my humble opinion and open to possible critique from the 'ub ekspets
  11. Like someone said 'keep selling them as it allows me to see a fool a mile away'
  12. Whateva as the youf of today would say I thought the new hub 'police' were going to be put in place soon
  13. IMHO very few people will have had the problems noted .... for them it's just a more convenient bike computer (i.e. no magnets and stuffs)
  14. Yip, good thinking batman And a happy new year to you, thanks for the chats and laughs this year as well as all the help and advice Looking forward to a cracker year and hope I have to shout 'trek' at you at least once this year even if it is an unfair pass at a 24hour event (hint hint)
  15. I did the upgrade last night and rode with it this morning, no problems. I have had the 'stops processing course' issue but no plan to do that soon ..... some time I will!
  16. So don't we have this discussion every year and some sort of concensus that 'hours' is more fair than 'kilos' just wondering ........
  17. Changes made from version 2.40 to 2.60: Improved course performance and corrected an issue that could cause some courses to stop processing. Added a torque reading to the calibration page for PowerTap power meters. Improved Auto Pause behavior. Improved auto wheel calibration especially for PowerTap power meters. Improved correlation of speed sensor data and GPS data. Totals can now be cleared. Corrected an issue that could prevent an Activity from being reset. Prevent an incorrect date/time from being displayed. Improved battery gauge readings. Removed DeleteFiles folder.
  18. Well .... I have changed my diet to try to 'lose those stubborn last few' which included my normal lunch but now a very light supper (e.g. cheese and biscuits) so lets see
  19. IMHO (and not so expert) opinion with only 1 hour a day get on that 'cycle' thing and ride as hard as you can
  20. I have now read in a few different places that if you ride hard for say 1 hour you will burn more calories (and it matters not from whence they come ) and therefore lose more weight than if you ride 'easier' for 1 hour .... seems this is now becoming the 'accepted' norm?
  21. That red bike thing is an undisputed fact
  22. No worries Chris I am not an 'engineer' but even I know what you were referring to
  23. Gotta love the hubbers you are a special lot (of clowns)
  24. OK feeling a bit doff now Fanks man!
