Must agree with Manfrog, normally ride an hour before breakfast with just a cup of rooibols. This week we have been riding 2 hours MTB in the morning pretty hard and still just the rooibos before and take nothing with .....

IMHO - why the need to swear at all unless it is used in quite obvious jest? Banter is good fun but personal attacks and 'needless' use of bad language just shows a lack of class - USE IT DON'T USE IT I reckon that given the inability of some hubbers to keep to the general rules of the HUB the rules should be applied strictly, you swear or personally attack anyone or transgress any other rule you should be banned. No discussions and no silly polls and stuff. When a forum cannot rely on self regulation and or people behaving according to acceptable social norms then you have brought this on yourselves. Yip some members will pobably again be lost to the HUB but hey are they wanted here by most anyway? Anyway like I said USE IT DON'T USE IT! As for that troublemaker Scotty I think it's time he is taken to task

Just my humble coupla cents .... I have also found that sometimes cleaning the rotor with something like an alcohol swab helps, perhaps there is something on the rotor? Use it don't use it ....

+1 for Mark II, used it at SabieX pre ride and at 24hour this past weekend. No chafing!

Besides my brothers son in law and the 'clown' bike I rode at Rietvlei every other bike I have ever ridden or tried out had a left hand front brake ...... every bike I see sold at my LBS has a left hand front brake. You right hand front brake dudes are wierd
