Hi Does anyone know what needs to be services on the Kysrium SL's? I remember somebody mentioning something about closed hubs and so forth but not sure I need to service on my Rims. When for ride yesterday and anything over 50km/h I get serious noise coming from somewhere and only thing I have changed recently are the rims. Thanks

A question on this - I checked the links provided and their suggestions are as follows " Here is the sizing info you requested for cleat positioning. Shoe size 36 - 38: centre of ball of foot 7mm in front of pedal axle; 39 - 41: 8mm; 42 - 43: 9mm; 44 - 45: 10mm; 46 - 47: 11mm 48 - 50: 12mm. Does this mean the cleat should X amount of mm's in front of your axle? In other words the cleat is placed rather close to the front of your cycling shoes?

The route from Kromdraai around the cradle of humankind must one of the best places to ride - You see more animals then cars. Rode there two weeks ago and passed a group of babons, 3 Pomba's (wild pigs) plent buck and 2 Rhino's eating away about 100m from the road. And then you also get to see many cyclist training there too
