Good to hear these stories! My mate and I always ride in the Hartebeespoort area - near Van Gaalen's and inevitably there is always a 'dikwiel dice' going on and I always get dropped by the dudes without cleats, helmet, cheesepuffs on the back and church trousers hahah!!

Hi all! I rode from Marais Steyn Park, which is near Bedfordview to Jasmyn (the restaurant with the windmill outside) and back to Sandton. I didn't have the energy to get back to Marais Steyn Park. I rode 7 hours but now I am sick!! Doesn't help to try and get fit in one day!
