  3. Hi No the first was a Momsen Design alu, and the second was the bolt from a KCNC Alu.....
  4. BAD JOEY
  5. Tough for the family, so sad. I hope the taxi driver has lots of friends to teach this lesson to.
  6. Don't stress Big S, not all legs are made for pushing big wheels.....jus kidding
  7. I spent R20k , less than on my 26er and I still love my 29er more-so next theory please All bikes have their place, only now a 29er's place is first and 26er's is now second or third
  8. I'm sure they just missed this post
  9. I agree that there are 3 sides to a story always, so lets hear from Adele , anyone know her well enough to get her to comment?

  11. Just a short message of thanks to Wendell at The Cycle Hub for lending me a seat post on monday when mine broke
  12. Ricky Bobby Seen as though we frequented most of the same party spots, you are welcome to take my 29er for a ride when you are looking for a new bike, you must ride one first, that's what made my mind up for me! P.S Nice looking bike Malachi.
  13. +1, Or like saying that a 29er is only for people who know that they have strong enough legs to get the big wheels moving....oh no sorry that is true!
  14. Hey Skaap Maybe you should rather look to God then, and ignore the rest

  16. I took a small star screw driver, bought a R10 battery and changed it myself with no stress with leaking in the rain or shower .
  17. Exactly, I received great service from Victor at Momsen Design when my seat post like that one snapped on a climb and cut my leg, but anymore strain on that post is a bad idea
  18. Brilliant Dangle, you are so right who the hell is he? Probably another 26" rider scared to make the move to a 29" in case everyone reverts back to 26"-yeah sure, you guys will change eventually. Dangle should we start a poll to see who has a 29" now, who want's one and who will never buy one and then see in 6 months and a years time?
  19. Well said Le Turbo I ride my mtb more now days, but when I do ride my road bike I see plenty mtb'ers on the road-what for when there is plenty of off road available? And riding in mtb'er areas such as Hekpoort, Van Gaalens and Groenies there have been loads of mtb'ers that don't greet!
  20. Don't stress too much, I believe in time there will be too many races available and the ones that don't offer value for money will see their asses
  21. I agree the Sabie classic is only R175.00 similar the Monster , with huge orgaization required and some local small races charge the same- Like Red Stone last weekend!
  22. Maybe, or maybe there are one or two silent ones
  23. So guys if you believe it's such a great idea to ride like that , man up and say so on this post!
