Hi, so my medical aid doesn’t cover costs for a hip MRI, at R9K, which currently I don’t have. Is there a way to go to public hospitals / radiologists - not sure where to start. Any experiences with this? Thanks fir your help

Morning all, so I got the below toddler seat to roll the little one around the hood for a few minutes after sunrise, but I am technologically challenged. How do I increase the space where the clamp is supposed to go (blue section!)? The steerer tube isn't any longer, need about 8mm more to put a 3rd spacer on and then the clamp. Is the solution maybe another stem that "uses" less space on the steerer tube, or how do I manage to win a bit more space to use this baby seat finally?

Thanks, but that means this would have changed, as it was all working fine. got all my heart rate based points last year using the Health app only. Now have a watch, using Strava, feed into Health app, Discovery doesn't read that anymore. Will email them directly, let's see. Thanks!

Here is my problem: I run and I cycle, and have always just used my iphone and the strava app, to get free coffee and collect points. I don't like running with my phone though, and don't mind carrying it when I ride. My weekly Rewards targets are always reached. Now Strava is not accepted anymore - but what should I do : get the free Iwatch (free in my case I think), but then have to carry both phone and watch? Or do I need to get a full fitness tracker to track routes like i did on Strava and still get points / rewards. It is all confusion.. maybe someone has the same issue. what do you do post 1 Aprli / sans Strava? thanks

These guys just rolled into Vic Falls, after a 402km stage at 35km/h average today. Unreal. Mark and his mates (sorry didn't get their names) seem in much better spirits than I would have been after a double double century.

Just had the perfect weekend with my boy - he managed his first time on his bike, after refusing to touch it for months since we removed the training wheels. Within half an hour he was doing this...: :-)

After 10 years of being a Discovery Coastal Saver member I still don't see the benefit of the MSA or Medical Savings Account - which is interest free, while Discovery gets miillions of ZARs from members like me to invest and get the interest. But otherweise, I do agree - no medical aid, big mistake.
