kwl, got some relatives there, so we can organize something. Coming from a gymnastic background there is to much upper body muscle, and I haven't been pedaling with my arms lately so...don't think I need it that much

Anybody have some tips on losing unwanted muscle?

if there's lions, i don't trust that little 50 year old & rusty gate that keeps them in there! I really miss the old route with the 2nd hill and that loooong single track section. Will be awesome if they can fix that up a again!

the ones momsen is selling standard retails for R45 000. Full XTR, ZTR ...... My bike I mixed and matched, will be able to do a bike like mine for round about R37 000. Frame and Fork RR - R15000.

Anybody got some advice on the best tyres for extremely rocky terrain? Something that doesn't get cut into pieces on every decent?

It is a brand new one, not pofadder. Much more technical, up & down. Definitely a must if you like technical stuff, but the route is still brand new, you'll maybe find one or two unexpected surprises.
