Any news of the girl! I hate that piece of road between Muizenberg and Fish hoek and it is worst than before and I prefer old road than now. Because cars travel faster than before and they don't want to wait to pass you. They rather squeeze between you and oncoming cars. It is easier to knock cyclists than face oncoming cars. I am not sure how will they improve this road, but they can add speed bumps, or take away parkings for cycling lanes or build 2m road next to railway line...

Sad! No league race! The atmosphere will not be the same.. I rather do 5 hours training than driving all the way to "funride". Blame PPA for not trying harder...

I have been using tubeless tyres for more than a year. Had two punctures and one was cut open by big glass, so had to ride home with low pressure. Second one was also cut open, so I just put patch under the hole and put tube in. No problem.. Tubeless is not cheap because tubless tyres go for R650 each and also it is very hard to get them.

Are we having spring league races in September or not? I don't hear anything yet!

Technical guys had already moved to Joburg and the office will close at the end of August....

I was shocked when I went to Garmin office at Capricorn and they told me that they are moving to Joburg Head office. We need to contact Sportsware House or Cape union Market and they will help us, otherwise they will send it to Joburg. Those guys waste my time and they actually don't know how to work with Garmin... While I was there, 3 people came and they were upset.. I understand why do they want to move to Joburg to cut overheads costs, but can't they have small office and a technical guy in Cape Town to help us and also make our life easier.. Now I must wait for 3 days for it come back to us.... What do you think?

I know 2 deaf riders with coehlear implant and both gave up cycling, not sure why? One of them can't cycle in straight line, maybe it affects him. I rode 75km in Burger MTB race and I use 32 on front and 11-34 at the back. It was fantastic and I ran out of energy on last climb. I struggled with 34, so I better change to 11-36. It will work perfectly.. Happy with it..

I had same problem last year and I went for cortiscone injection twice. It only helped for short time, so I went for an operation. It took a while to heal. Check your handlebar width - too narrow. I changed from 600mm to 700mm - Much better. Raise your handlebar a bit, to avoid too much pressure on forearms. I do lots of cad work, so I started to use left hand mouse and it works...

It is difficult to believe that the riders are clean this year because in 10 years time they will admit that they all took drugs.. I believe that they must ban all the riders, or doctors or coach or manager who took drugs in the past and they are not allowed to be involved in cycling because they know how to cheat and they teach young ones to cheat.... It never stops....

I don't understand why must the person who completed the Epic race, must buy "special top". They should get it for free, because they pay thousands on entry fee???? Epic is becoming worst ripp-off and is only for the people who have millions.... Sad! How can average person show he can do well....

Hancook said it will take them 3 years to get tyres ready for Formula! So the drivers will have to use old tyres from back yards for the next 2 years.... Ha! ha!

You cannot blame PPA for kids safety! I blame ANC because the police and traffic law and taxi are useless nowadays! Can you explain how can PPA improve cycling safety?? My dream is that we have cycling paths from south suburb to Cape Town next to De Waal drive.... Can't TMP support and PPA build cycling paths...
