When will it stop? They should be banned for life, no chances! If they take drugs for reason, they should report to UCI or race organiser.... If they want clean sport, get rid of all cyclists, managers, coaches, doctors, who used to take drugs before... Enough! enough!

I had problem with "Trek" carbon frame and it was only 3 years old and the paintwork started to bubble in 4 areas because there was corrosion in between the frame and paintwork. They would not replace it because the paintwork is only 1 year warranty. My opinion is how the water get in between frame and paintwork? Even though I never crash or fall and I always kept it clean after ride. It proved that the paintwork was not done properly, so they must replace the frame, but they said, no!! I love Trek frame, but I will not buy their frame again because I paid alot for it and expected it to last 10 years, but after 3 years, it looks terrible and I can't sell it because everybody thinks there is something wrong... Now I am stuck with this frame.....

Rather see the othopaedic specialist first and he will direct you either physio or bio.. Last time I wasted my money to go to physio and nothing worked, so I ended to see specialist and he found out that I torn tendon near the elbow, I had to have operation to restore the tendon to elbow..

I don't believe the warranty because I have to fight with them to get replacement. If I don't fight wth them, they get away with it. Enough ! So I insurance my bike, if something happened, I let insurance people fight with them...

Maybe they must change to 6kg instead of 6,8kg... I feel they need to put weight limit on frames and wheels because lots of frames go under 1kg and wheels go near 1kg, so the rest is 4,8kg. It does not make sense to me???

I am not sure if Holdfast has it? I tried to find one in SA, but no available.. I know in CRC cost +-R450 and it is alot of bucks...

I think it is important to build relationship with the shop, otherwise you are wasting your time. I know lots of guys phone and order something, but don't they don't come and pay... If they know you, they won't disappoint you....

Tubbies are for racing only and I love mine.. I never had problems and I use stans in it. It seals small punctures.. If you don't have back-up or help, take old or used tubbie with like tube....

I used to ride from Tokai to Cape Town and back. The south east winds blow like hell in the afternoons. It is harder to ride home into that winds. I just try to follow the truck or bus and ride hard. It works for me because I get home earlier....

I think it is nothing wrong with it, but I noticed that the driver is crazy to overtake cyclists over white solid lane over the hill. He should slow down and wait and make sure there is no oncoming traffic before overtaking cyclists.....

Ja, I do understand it, if Sub Vets catch up with ladies, they have to go past and Ladies are not allowed to follow, then race on their own like League races....

That is crazy! They want to put ladies, sub vets, vets and masters together. What will happen when all 4 categories start to sprint to the finish!!!

We need to take photos of our bikes and serial numbers and also payslip because this will prove the police, buyer and Cash Crusaders and also insurance... I made a small mistake in the past about the payslip because the writing on payslip disappears over the time and I could not prove it. I notice that poor people sells lots of stolen stuff to Cash Crusaders and also drug addicts because they desperate for money... It is sad...How to stop it? Don't buy from them...

If they want to do Tour de France, they need a top rider like Froome or Contador or etc....... They must sign up one of those riders for 1/2 years, so that we will easily do TDF..

Ha! ha! I see him riding most days between south suburb and UCT. Maybe he works at UCT and he wears same clothes and helmet and also shoe for more than 10 years.... He is a bit crazy!

I don't like this shop because it is so full of bikes and I struggled to walk around. They need to open up bigger or move the workshop other side of the road.
