TDF is becoming boring when they take drugs because they all ride close each other. If you look years back, some riders ride well, and suffer next day and ride better on following day. That makes the race interesting! like Hinault vs Lemond...

I hear that 2 bikes broke and they blame one slow rider blocking their way.....

I wonder if any cyclists get Golf or Tennis elbow injury from cycling??? The physio told me that I had golf elbow injury and I don't play golf or tennis. I only ride, but I did not fall in the last 6months. I am not sure if I got it from cycling or not??? I can't even carry suitcase or lift my hand up with a bit of weight...

We need to tell Contractor to finish off the surface of the road before the Argus and start last part of the road after the Argus. This makes sense!! We can bribe the Contractor like the governments.....

I wonder if we can go back to old route because the main road is nearly done and they just need final premix, then done.. We can aim sub 2hr 45mins....

I have always want to do Epic and I am ready to do it. but the price is far too high and I struggled to find suitable partner and enough sponsors. Why can't Epic have solo as well?

Black mamba is dangerous snake. My wife's good friend's husband was bitten by small black mamba in Game Farm. The snake was under his chair and he felt something funny and he put his hand under chair to feel. It bit his hand, so family had to take to hospital and they flew to Pretoria Hospital. He had terrible spasm for few days and they were worried that it might give him heart attack. But he survived.. Scary!!

I have a problem with my fork because I upgraded my MTB with 15mm axle fork, so I can't use my Holdfast skewer support. I wonder if they do sell special fork supporter? Where do you get?

I use Nissan 1400LDV bakkie and I just open the back door, and I put bike upright facing to front at the back of the bakkie. I just tie each rope on each side of handlebar, then I am off... No problems...

Why don't you, Lucky Luke help PPA with their website? They need "cycling mind" web designer... Maybe you speak to them and they can pay you to get their website right....

Not only that, you have to provide an accomodation for them and also their flights. It will probably cost close to R20000 to bring them in and support you. Maybe next year, if I win lotto!, I'll get 11 pros and make sure they don't drop me and also help put me on hills. We might do sub 5hrs race! The only problem is that someone will always complain like every year in the past....

I loved this race and the only problem is that we have to wait for the whole year for the the next one...

I feel it is better to report PPA or the race organiser and give them their race number. They must give warning to them! If it happened again, ban for 2years...

For me, I will use it for the race, but most important to do: 1) Take it for proper bike set-up. 2) Sign insurance for it. 3) Take it for 2hrs ride with few short sprints.

That is crap! Why don't they use 4 wheelers to get to the injured riders? No excuses!! I noticed that lots of people who does W2W, or Epic or J2C, have lots of money and they moan too much! Just do it! They could have more check-ups points and make sure the riders are okay or not!

Get rid of monkeys at CSA... They must do their job properly in first place.... They must realise that "Hard work pays off.."

Ja, They nearly robbed me last Wednesday afternoon in between town and Paardin Eland. I managed to ride thru quickly. I will rather cycle on N1 than cycle lane for my safety....

We get e-mails every week from PPA and they did not warn us when is the closing date??? They only put "entries open" They should remind us like that:- "entries open & remember closing date is 2 Nov 2010"

I entered 6 months ago and I am not sure if I am entered??? How will I find out if my name is still on or not??
