I have formula RX on my alu frame. The original formula rotors were also a bit noisy. I have played around with other rotors and found the deore or lx rotors pretty good and silent. Am now running ashima rotors 180's and they are ok. Front one slightly bent by 1/2 mm so causing occasional rub. But like said before, just ride the bike and get used to brakes making different sounds during the journey. I am glad my brakes are not completely silent because they warm other riders that I am behind them braking because they are blocking my way

my eggbeaters don't clip in or out, well it doesn't feel that way anymore. They're just in or out, whatever is needed at the time. I put my foot down on the pedal and then sometimes wonder if I'm clipped in, then do a bit of a pull on the pedal and yep I'm in. I use candy's

Agree . Sigma Rox 9 quick and easy. Always picking up cadence, HR and speed. Plus it has a real altimeter so the altitude graphs looks real, unlike the garmin ascents where it looks like you been cycling upside down or riding a wave . The Sigma pc interface is also pretty cool, logging all data in graphs and comparing different trips. No need to recharge these regularly either as the batteries lasts very long.
